The 2000’s in 7 Mintues – A History Lesson

November 14, 2009

When a friend sent me a link this morning, I had no idea that I was in for a 7-minute history lesson. If you have seven minutes, I highly recommend you watch this. It’s very interesting to watch the many things that you remember from years gone by compressed so quickly. It tells me that we are so used to getting information quickly and without depth, that this kind of “gloss over” is very much the way many of us live.  In fact, what we should be doing is taking more than a second or two to appreciate the depth and impact of what so many things around us represent.  From Antonio Valente menswear and the detail that goes into our bespoke garments and our in-stock garments, to the impact of the gas we put in our car every day makes – taking a closer look reveals so much more than we see when events and details whiz by in the blink of an eye.

Watch the video, and cruise down memory lane at light speed.
