Vanity Fair magazine has released their best dressed list. It is linked here and is a slideshow. WWD is reporting that Saks Fifth Avenue will release a new private men’s collection. MR Magazine is reporting that The National Retail Federation’s Stores Magazine published its annual Hot 100 Retailers this month, focusing on those that managed to grow last year. Bloomberg is reporting more details on CIT’s short-term bankruptcy avoidance, and mentions that those who held out and did not take the 82.5 cent offer will now receive $1 for every note that matures in August.  It rewards people who did not support the company early and sell their notes at a loss.
