Some New Fabric Arrives

July 22, 2009

Here is a shot of me in the factory with an excited client. This roll of fabric just arrived from one of the mills we work with often. It is actually woven with three different colour yarns and it’s called a sateen weave. The sateen weave has a luster and allows the subtlety of the colour to come to the foreground while maintaining a consistent background.

This client is having a bespoke dress shirt made. We agreed on a trim fit that will be highlighted by one of our many collar and cuff selections. All that’s left are the measurements and within ten business days the shirt will be ready.
